McDowell County Emergency Services is a top provider of emergency services in North Carolina. They work in conjunction with local fire, rescue, and law enforcement departments to provide compassionate service that exceeds national standards.
EDJE improved user experience and efficiency by incorporating new sections onto the website, as well as updating current layouts. We also added key PDFs and surveys, increasing accessibility to necessary information.

JS Simmentals
Located in Prairie City, Iowa, JS Simmentals has provided high-quality genetics since 1984. The purchase of two purebred Simmental females for a 4-H project has now grown into a reliable Midwest resource that produces sound, functional cattle.
It’s all about the details in this industry. EDJE added much-needed donor and pedigree details to this website, providing a clearer picture for users in the genetic market.

Huth Polled Herefords
A family-owned and operated beef seedstock farm, Huth Polled Herefords was founded in 1962 and is located on a 400-acre farm in east central Wisconsin. They sell freezer beef directly to consumers in Wisconsin, as well as provide genetics and cattle to local and national cow-calf operations.
EDJE designed this website to give it a more modern, neutral/rustic feel—a look that perfectly encapsulates the history and industry for this client. This design highlights key information clearly and improves user experience.

VickSum Pay
Branching into the financial industry, VickSum Pay helps small businesses find the right payment system. This locally owned and family-run business can help determine the need for point-of-sale systems, online payment processing, or full-service consulting and installation.
EDJE completed a new one-page website that focused on VickSum Pay’s services and contact information. With modern elements and clear messaging, this site has a natural flow that brings users seamlessly from one section to the next.

Star Lake Cattle Co.
Offering cattle, semen, and embryos, this cattle company specializes in the highland cattle breed. In nearly 30 years, Star Lake has created one of the most sought-after genetic programs in the United States, with partnerships in the United Kingdom.
Our EDJE team upgraded users’ shopping experience by building Star Lake a fully custom shopping cart, developing both the front and back ends. The shopping cart contains clear messaging with a suitable layout so buyers can adjust their shopping carts accordingly, whether they are continuing to checkout or editing the quantity of an item.

Ag Alliance
Based in Des Moines, Iowa, Ag Alliance offers high-quality livestock equipment to ensure success in any cattle or swine operation. They have been equipping livestock producers in America and internationally for over 30 years through their trusted dealer network.
To help employees better navigate and update the back end of their site, EDJE created a custom admin with categories for images, descriptions, logos, and product specs. This increases accessibility and efficiency for Ag Alliance in managing its own website updates.

Gamble ADR
Offering alternative dispute resolution, GAM ADR is an experienced mediation and arbitration firm in central Iowa. The Hon. Arthur E. Gamble (retired) leverages judicial experience to help resolve conflicts and empower individuals and businesses to find fair and efficient resolutions.
EDJE provided GAM ADR with a new one-page website, offering all information in one convenient place. By utilizing contrast and simple elements, this website has a refined feel that emphasizes the experience that comes from the Hon. Arthur Gamble.

Pasquale’s Pizza
One of Iowa’s first pizzerias, Pasquale’s Pizza, opened in 1959 and has since grown into a Humboldt staple with retail distribution. They offer a traditional thin-crust, breakfast, chicken-topped, rising-crust, and gluten-free pizza, all available in different flavors.
With a brand kit provided by the client, EDJE brought their vision to life in this website’s design. It’s intuitive, has strong branding, and provides visual appeal throughout the entire site. We focused on cohesiveness and identity for this project.

Houck Rock Creek Ranch
This Simmental and SimAngus cattle operation is family owned and located in the state of Kansas. For more than five decades, this ranch has developed superior, homegrown genetics that result in big-bodied, easy-fleshing, low-maintenance cattle that produce.
EDJE assisted this agriculture-focused site by refreshing the herd sire and donor listing pages with a direct, engaging navigation style. We also incorporated other key information to answer any questions the customer may have while visiting the site.

Cafe Diem
This neighborhood cafe, located in Ames and Ankeny, Iowa, grants a warm personal touch in its coffee, food, and ambiance. Founded in 2000, Cafe Diem has redefined the cafe experience in central Iowa by maintaining tradition while fostering innovation.
Our team at EDJE added all of the menu items found on Cafe Diem’s site for all locations: Ankeny, Ames, and Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC). We made sure the menu highlighted each item in a digestible way. Our Digital Marketing team also created the brand kit that was used for the website design.
